3. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required before any design or development work commences — no work begins without full payment
• All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Accepted: Razorpay (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking), Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay — QECPL does not store card details

4. Delivery & Timeline

• 7-day clock (Single Page) starts after full payment AND all content received from client
• 14-day clock (5-Page) starts after full payment AND all content received from client
• Delays caused by the client in providing content or approvals do not count against QECPL's timeline
• Progress updates shared at key milestones via WhatsApp

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all content (photos, text, credentials) within 3 working days of payment
• Respond to design previews within 2 working days
• Ensure all medical credentials are genuine and verifiable
• Not share or resell QECPL's design work to third parties

6. Revisions & Additional Changes

• Single Page: 2 included revision rounds (3–4 changes per round)
• 5-Page: 3 included revision rounds per page (3–4 changes per round)
• Additional revision rounds: ₹1,000 per round (each round covers 3–4 changes)
• All revision requests must be submitted as a single consolidated written list — piecemeal requests are not accepted
• Complete redesign after delivery is treated as a new project and quoted separately
• Changes requested after the website goes live will be assessed and may attract additional charges

7. Refund Policy

• Full refund available within 7 days of payment, provided design work has not commenced — this includes domain and hosting charges (flat ₹5,000 deduction for domain + hosting if already registered/activated)
• Once design work has commenced, the payment is non-refundable
• If domain and hosting have already been activated, a flat deduction of ₹5,000 applies even within the 7-day window
• No refunds after 7 days from date of payment under any circumstances
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days to sales.qubixvirtual.in

8. Domain & Hosting / Server Uptime

• Domain registered by QECPL on behalf of client; ownership transfers to client on full payment
• Annual renewal charges are the client's responsibility after the initial registration period
• QECPL will notify clients of upcoming renewals at least 30 days in advance
• Our hosting provider maintains a 99% uptime SLA. However, in the event of server downtime or outages beyond QECPL's control, QECPL shall not be held liable for website unavailability during that period
• QECPL is not liable for downtime caused by non-renewal of hosting or domain by the client

9. Intellectual Property

• Client owns the final delivered website content upon full payment
• QECPL retains the right to display projects in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing
• Client is responsible for all rights to images, logos and content they provide
• QECPL copyright is retained until full payment is received

10. Limitation of Liability

• QECPL's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• No guarantee of search engine ranking, patient footfall or business outcome
• Not liable for third-party platform outages (hosting, domain, Google, WhatsApp)
• Not liable for inaccuracies in client-supplied content

11. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in New Delhi.
